The easiest way to reorder your repeat prescriptions is via NHS App. You can also put your request via our online form:  Click here to access the system.

If you don't have online access, please contact your pharmacy to re-order your items or leave your written request at our reception desk. 

Kindly allow 48 hours (2 working days) before collection.

Some pharmacies will pick up your prescription from the practice and have your medication ready for you to collect if you have made arrangement with them. You must ask your chemist for this service. (If sending by post please enclose an SAE).
