ANNEMARIE WHITEHEAD

Annmarie is a registered nurse with both a prescribing qualification and RCN validated Masters level Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification. She can see, assess, diagnose, examine, manage, prescribe, order investigations, interpret results and refer patients of any age with a wide variety of both acute and long term medical conditions. She works as an autonomous practitioner providing care as part of a multi-disciplinary team. She has ongoing support and supervision from doctors within the practice. Annmarie CANNOT provide care to pregnant women (if this involves assessment of the pregnancy), sign medical certificates (only doctors can do this by law) or complete medical examinations for the purpose of employment or insurance. Annemarie was rewarded The Practice Nurse of the year 2009.

RACHAEL EWART

Rachael started working here as a practice nurse in January 2021. Prior to this, she worked as a community nurse in Havering for 6 years and has a special interest in wound care.
