NHS Health Checks
We also provide NHS Health Checks. These are aimed at people aged 40-74 who do not regularly visit the surgery.
We offer you the opportunity to check your blood pressure, BMI and cholesterol and to give you advice on how to improve your health through small changes in your lifestyles suited to your needs.
For more information and to receive a blood form please contact the surgery. You will then be able to have a blood test which will be followed up by an appointment with one of our nurses.
