Annmarie is a registered nurse with both a prescribing qualification and RCN validated Masters level Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification.

Can see assess, diagnose, examine, manage, prescribe, order investigations, interpret results and refer patients of any age with a wide variety of both acute and long term medical conditions as well as health promotion.   Works as an autonomous practitioner providing care as part of a multidisciplinary team meeting patients medical and nursing needs.

Has ongoing support and supervision from doctors within the practice.

Annmarie ANP cannot

Provide care to pregnant women if this involves assessment of the pregnancy.

Sign Medical Certificates (only doctors can do this by law).

Complete medical examinations for the purpose of employment or insurance.

Dr George Kurien (m)

Dr Kurien joined the practice in August 2020. He qualified in 1994, from Kasturba     Medical College, India, and began his General Practice career in 2005. He attained the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2008. Dr Kurien has a keen interest in all aspects of patient care and chronic disease management and hopes to specialise in Diabetic Management. Away from practice, he enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling and music.
